Caspian One is expanding the Delivery team, and we’re looking for ambitious individuals who thrive in structured, relationship-led environments.
Permanent hiring is a consultative, multi-stage process that demands depth, detail, and strategic thinking. You’ll be building long-term relationships, and driving growth through market mapping, talent pooling, and proactive business development.
Responsibilities
- Full 360 consultative role across FinTech verticals.
- Deep vacancy and candidate qualifications
- Managing complex Perm hiring processes with multiple stakeholders
- Building and nurturing specialist talent pools
- Conducting BD and account management activities
- Balancing time between sourcing, client engagement, and delivery
Qualifications
- Experience: Proven success in BD, AM, and winning new roles
- Strong performance against targets (quarterly/annual)
- 2+ years in a high-performance sales role (e.g. estate agency, tech sales, car sales, mortgage/ B2B telesales)
- Experience in professional sectors like IT, Engineering, or Tech is advantageous (but not essential)
- Experience in outbound sales and complex sales cycles
- Resilient, structured, and motivated by personal/professional success
- Curious, confident, and growth-minded
