The Role
We\'re growing and we\'re looking for experienced Life Insurance Advisors who want to develop their career in a fun, supportive, and ambitious environment.
Day to day, you\'ll be:
- Providing expert protection advice on Life, Critical Illness, and Income Protection policies
- Handling qualified inbound referrals via our SimplyBiz partner network and our brands
- Building long-term relationships with clients and introducers
- Using our in-house systems to deliver FCA-compliant, high-conversion outcomes
- Meeting individual and team performance targets with uncapped earning potential
What We\'re Looking For
You\'re someone who thrives in a fast-paced, advice-led sales environment and genuinely enjoys helping people protect what matters most.
To succeed in this role, you\'ll need:
- 1-2 years of experience in Life Insurance sales (essential)
- A confident, people-first approach to advice and sales
- Strong product knowledge across term life, critical illness, and income protection
- Familiarity with FCA guidelines and compliance standards
- A positive, coachable mindset and appetite for learning
