We are a growing estate agency based in Fulham, covering sales, lettings, and repairs. We’re looking for a proactive and detail-driven Bookkeeper / Administrator to manage our day-to-day financial operations and support office administration.
Overview
Role: Bookkeeper / Administrator supporting day-to-day financial operations and office administration within an estate agency environment with responsibilities across finances, HR/Health & Safety/compliance, and record keeping.
Responsibilities
- Management of finances for the estate agency and maintenance department
- Collate purchase invoices from multiple departments
- Process purchase invoices and prepare sales invoices
- Process payroll
- Assist with management accounts preparation
- HR / Health & Safety / Compliance record-keeping
- Office administration, filing, organising and estate record keeping
- Liaise with client managers and monitor filing deadlines
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong bookkeeping knowledge and understanding of accounting processes
- Experience using Xero and Excel
- Knowledge of other accounting platforms such as QuickBooks (beneficial)
- At least three years in a similar role
- Strong IT and administrative skills
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Cheerful, adaptable, and willing to support wider office needs
- Experience with estate agency CRMs (advantageous)
Bonus Skills (Preferred but Not Essential)
- Statutory holiday entitlement
