Direction Territoire et Justice – CHRS 93

Temps de travail : 17h30 par semaine
Lieu d’intervention : 10 rue Aristide-Briand, 93600 Aulnay-sous-Bois
Le CHRS 93 accueille, héberge et accompagne des femmes et des hommes seuls en situation de grande précarité. Ils sont sortants de prison ou sous-main de justice, en rupture sociale et/ou familiale. Les hébergements sont des appartements situés à Aulnay sous-bois et dans des communes limitrophes.
Missions Principales
- Dépoussiérer et nettoyer les surfaces (bureaux, combinés de téléphone, claviers) ;
- Vider les corbeilles à papier et sortir les poubelles du site ;
- Nettoyer les parties communes (accueil, salle de réunion, escaliers) ; laver les vitres ; récurer les toilettes et les lavabos ;
- Gérer le stock et préparer les packs literie et vaisselles à destination des hébergés ;
- Suivre l’état des stocks des produits d’entretien ;
- Intervenir dans les logements en diffus pour nettoyer les lieux après sortie des hébergés.
Profil
- Connaissance des procédures de nettoyage et de désinfection ;
- Connaissance des caractéristiques des produits d’entretien ;
- Maîtrise des règles d’hygiène et de propreté ;
- Maîtrise des techniques de cirage de surfaces/sols, de détachage ;
- Maîtrise des appareils électroménagers (machine à laver) ;
- Connaissance des règles de sécurité domestique ;
- Capacité de remédier aux anomalies constatées sur les équipements, les appareils, le mobilier ;
- Sens de l’organisation ; autonomie et adaptabilité ;
- Permis B indispensable.
Rémunération
Coefficient 291 + 15 points de la CCN51 ; Ancienneté reprise à 100% ; Prime décentralisée (3%).
