With more exciting contracts and opportunities ahead, we're expanding our management team and looking for an experienced, driven and passionate Night Area Manager to join us on this journey! You'll oversee cleaning operations across multiple prestigious sites, covering both Front and Back of House , leading our night teams and ensuring we consistently deliver the World-Class service our clients expect. We're looking for someone who understands the demands of luxury hospitality, thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to grow with us. What You'll Be Doing Lead and manage night cleaning operations across multiple 5-star properties , ensuring exceptional presentation and service. Supervise, mentor, and support supervisors and operatives, including training, performance management, and guidance. Build and maintain strong relationships with client management teams through professionalism, communication, and responsiveness. Conduct regular quality checks and audits to uphold world-class standards and identify improvement opportunities. Manage staffing levels, cleaning schedules, and resource allocation to ensure efficiency without compromising quality. Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe, well-organised work environment. Act as the key point of contact for operational issues, last-minute adjustments, and urgent requests. We're Looking For Experience in luxury hospitality (5-star hotel, high-end facilities, or similar). Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coordinate teams across multiple locations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, confident in dealing with clients and team members. Previous experience working night shifts is highly preferred. Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering world-class standards. Problem-solving mindset with the ability to make fast and effective decisions. Full, valid UK driving license with a clean record (regular travel between sites required). What We Offer Permanent, full-time contract (45 hours per week). Shift pattern: 5 days IN / 2 days OFF .
