We are recruiting an experienced Night Area Manager to oversee cleaning operations across multiple sites, ensuring our teams consistently deliver a World-Class service. This position covers all front and back of house areas and requires a strong leader who understands the standards of luxury hospitality and night-time operations.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead and manage night cleaning operations across multiple 5-star properties, ensuring exceptional presentation and service.
- Supervise, mentor, and support supervisors and operatives, including training, performance management, and guidance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with client management teams through professionalism, communication, and responsiveness.
- Conduct regular quality checks and audits to uphold world-class standards and identify improvement opportunities.
- Manage staffing levels, cleaning schedules, and resource allocation to ensure efficiency without compromising quality.
- Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe, well-organised work environment.
- Act as the key point of contact for operational issues, last-minute adjustments, and urgent requests.
We’re Looking For
- Experience in luxury hospitality (5-star hotel, high-end facilities, or similar).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coordinate teams across multiple locations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, confident in dealing with clients and team members.
- Previous experience working night shifts is highly preferred.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering world-class standards.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to make fast and effective decisions.
- Full, valid UK driving license with a clean record (regular travel between sites required).
