We’re on the lookout for someone who’s commercially sharp, data‑driven, and genuinely passionate about sport to join us as our Trading Promotions Manager. If you love diving into numbers, spotting opportunities, and helping shape great sportsbook experiences, this could be a perfect fit.

In this role, you’ll help with the daily promotions and propositions across our brands, planning them, executing them, and measuring their impact. You’ll work closely with our marketing teams and our Head of Sportsbook, making sure our offers land well.

If you’ve worked in Sports Trading or Sports Marketing, you could be the person we are looking for!

🔑 What You’ll Be Doing

• Running and optimising sportsbook promotions, campaigns, price boosts, and event placements.
• Creating timely, engaging sportsbook content, especially when team news or external events break.
• Working side‑by‑side with digital marketing, retention, affiliates, compliance, and tech to bring improvements to life.
• Using data, trends, and competitor insights to spot opportunities we can jump on.
• Championing the customer experience and helping make the betting journey smoother and more enjoyable.

✔️ What We’re Looking For

• Experience in a sportsbook or sports marketing role.
• Strong understanding of UK betting markets and how customers interact with them.
• Comfortable working with different teams in an agile environment.
• Confident communicator with solid analytical skills.
• Awareness of regulatory requirements in the UK and other major markets.
• A genuine passion for sport and how it connects with the betting world.
• Someone who cares about offering customers the best possible experience.
• Naturally curious and always keen to learn more.
• Someone who is fluent in spoken and written English.
• Experience with Altenar, White Hat Gaming, or Smartico Gamification.
• Knowledge of CRM tools and personalisation / retention strategies.
