We are looking for a commercially minded and proactive Commercial Account Manager to join our B2B team. You will play a key role in supporting the growth of our business by managing relationships with existing operators, maximizing our game portfolio, and identifying new business opportunities.

You will act as a vital link between our clients and internal teams, ensuring excellent service delivery, resolving issues proactively, and helping the company continue to provide outstanding support to our partners.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key B2B clients, building strong, long-term partnerships.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and escalation point for partner concerns.
  • Understand client needs and industry trends to identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and product enhancements.
  • Maintain high client satisfaction and retention through proactive support and communication.

Sales and Revenue Growth

  • Identify and pursue revenue growth opportunities through upselling and cross-selling.
  • Develop and execute account strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Collaborate with Product Development, Project Management, and Operations teams to ensure seamless delivery to clients.
  • Deliver Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and other performance updates to clients.
  • Monitor account metrics and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date on market developments, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting the online gaming industry.
  • Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and events.
  • Build and maintain a professional network to stay informed on industry trends and opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Significant B2B account management experience, preferably in online gaming or casino.
  • Proven track record of managing and growing client accounts.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; fluent in English.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Comfortable collaborating with technical teams and understanding tech‑driven client needs.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and prioritize competing demands.
  • Proactive, self‑motivated, and able to work independently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Preferred

  • Experience with SaaS platforms in a B2B context.
  • Knowledge of regulatory and compliance standards relevant to online gaming and casino.
