We are looking for a commercially minded and proactive Commercial Account Manager to join our B2B team. You will play a key role in supporting the growth of our business by managing relationships with existing operators, maximizing our game portfolio, and identifying new business opportunities.
You will act as a vital link between our clients and internal teams, ensuring excellent service delivery, resolving issues proactively, and helping the company continue to provide outstanding support to our partners.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key B2B clients, building strong, long-term partnerships.
- Act as a trusted advisor and escalation point for partner concerns.
- Understand client needs and industry trends to identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and product enhancements.
- Maintain high client satisfaction and retention through proactive support and communication.
Sales and Revenue Growth
- Identify and pursue revenue growth opportunities through upselling and cross-selling.
- Develop and execute account strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with Product Development, Project Management, and Operations teams to ensure seamless delivery to clients.
- Deliver Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and other performance updates to clients.
- Monitor account metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date on market developments, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting the online gaming industry.
- Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and events.
- Build and maintain a professional network to stay informed on industry trends and opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Significant B2B account management experience, preferably in online gaming or casino.
- Proven track record of managing and growing client accounts.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; fluent in English.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Comfortable collaborating with technical teams and understanding tech‑driven client needs.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and prioritize competing demands.
- Proactive, self‑motivated, and able to work independently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Preferred
- Experience with SaaS platforms in a B2B context.
- Knowledge of regulatory and compliance standards relevant to online gaming and casino.
