About the Role
Cashera UK is seeking an ambitious and results-driven
Business Development Manager (BDM) to help grow our broker network and drive originations across the UK market. You will be reporting to Head of Business Development.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with brokers, generating new opportunities, and supporting clients through the funding process.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-growing fintech lender backed by the experience and success of the Cashera Group in the United States.
This is a 5 day in the office role unless meeting brokers. Based in Central London.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial finance brokers throughout the UK.
- Identify and onboard new broker partners to expand Cashera UK\'s network.
- Generate and manage a consistent pipeline of funding opportunities.
- Act as the primary point of contact for brokers throughout the funding journey.
- Assess funding opportunities and present suitable finance solutions.
- Work closely with underwriting and operations teams to facilitate deal completion.
- Negotiate and structure transactions while ensuring a high level of customer service.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual origination targets.
- Attend industry events, broker meetings, and networking functions.
- Maintain accurate records and pipeline reporting through CRM systems.
- Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments.
Qualifications
- Strong broker network
- Proven experience in business development, broker sales, or relationship management within commercial finance, business lending, MCA, alternative lending, or SME finance.
- Strong network of broker relationships is highly desirable.
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to perform in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience using CRM systems and managing sales pipelines.
