Role
We are hiring a Client Servicing & Collections Executive to engage our clients with missed payments, understand their circumstances, and agree practical solutions that support repayment continuity while maintaining strong relationships.
Responsibilities
- Contact clients via phone and email regarding missed or delayed repayments on their loans
- Understand causes of arrears and agree workable repayment solutions, including split payments where appropriate
- Monitor repayment plans and follow up to ensure compliance
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients experiencing repayment issues
- Assist clients with all other inquiries, including reporting on outstanding balances
- Notify Business Development department of clients with strong repayments who may be eligible for renewal
- Share insights with Underwriting department on clients’ performance
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in collections or client servicing within unsecured lending or MCA space
- Direct experience engaging UK SMEs on repayments
- Exceptional command of English language
- Experience working with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRMs
- Empathetic, solutions-driven approach
