Diversity and Inclusion
We celebrate diversity and want volunteers to bring their authentic selves to the Red Cross. We welcome refugees, asylum seekers, and anyone currently in the UK. We have an expenses policy that prioritises volunteers not being out of pocket for role-related expenses. If upfront costs are difficult, speak with your volunteering manager for alternatives.
Health and Safety
We provide an individual approach to safety. A simple risk assessment may be required and we will discuss any adjustments you need. Some locations may not host 15–17 year olds; contact us for suitable opportunities.
