When there is a fire, flood or severe weather, we among the first to respond.
You must be located within 30 minutes of Eastbourne fire station (BN22 8LA).
This is a 24-hour service and volunteers will need to be available when on call.
We would like volunteers who; Be able to volunteer on a regular basis.
Can volunteer 24 hours a month on a rota basis.
Have held a manual driving licence for at least 2 years which allows you to drive in the UK.
Be confident driving a large British Red Cross vehicle or leased vehicle.
Are able to attend monthly team meetings (usually evenings).
Be prepared to undertake required training: e-learning modules, online
