Shop Volunteer (Till & Customer Service - Cardigan)
Your local British Red Cross shop offers a variety of activities for volunteers.
From sorting stock and preparing donated items for sale to providing outstanding customer service to donors and customers, this role gives you the chance to learn new skills and share existing ones.
We are currently looking for volunteers for Till & Customer Service.

Responsibilities
- Using the shop till to take payment for items.
- Promoting Gift Aid to maximise fundraising potential.
- Helping and advising customers.
- Undertaking general activities in the shop.
- Creating exciting window displays.
- Sorting donations for sale in the shop.
- Helping customers on the shop floor.
Qualifications
- No previous experience required.
- A warm smile and friendly outlook.
- Complete training (provided) prior to starting.
