The Operational Risk & Assurance Manager plays a key role in ensuring that Cash Access UK’s outsourced operating model delivers safe, compliant, and resilient services. Working across Operations and Health & Safety functions, the role provides independent oversight and assurance that incident, complaint, and health & safety processes are consistently followed, and that supplier performance meets required standards.
The role is also responsible for strengthening operational resilience by ensuring effective post-incident review, supporting scenario testing, and driving continuous improvement through the identification and resolution of systemic risks. Acting as a central point of coordination and insight, the role connects data, performance, and learning across teams and suppliers to support informed decision-making and improve customer and operational outcomes.
