We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Solutions Consultant to join our team at Caseware, a leading SaaS organization. As a Solutions Consultant, you will play a critical role in ensuring our largest strategic customers are successful in their evaluations and implementations of Caseware solutions. You will strategize with customers on their goals, evaluations, and implementations, understand their ongoing needs, design and maintain project plans, address customer questions by pulling in SMEs, and provide consultative support throughout the evaluation and implementation process.

You will also liaise with team members in sales, account management, training, support, and product, as well as with our strategic partners, to ensure key customer needs are addressed in a timely and professional manner. Additionally, you will work closely with international teams to contribute ideas towards a global process within the solutions consulting team.

Location: This role is remote and open to applicants residing and eligible to work in the UK. Travel to various offices in the UK or internationally may be required based on client needs.

What you will be doing:

1. Partner with Strategic Account Managers to help prospects and customers evaluate and implement Caseware products.
2. Strategize with customers on their evaluation & implementation journeys, identifying needs and developing project plans.
3. Create and maintain product demo strategies and related assets that focus on value and benefits.
4. Support customer evaluations and implementations, ensuring timelines and tasks stay on track.
5. Assist in developing customer migration strategies to Caseware’s cloud solutions.
6. Coordinate internally to address customer issues beyond existing support channels.
7. Contribute to a product knowledge base for team use.
8. Gather and respond to customer and prospect feedback to support product and sales improvements.
9. Create and maintain evaluation and implementation resources.
10. Design and implement processes to support scalable, consistent services and contribute to internal improvement plans.
11. Attend industry trade shows and events.
12. Participate in speaking engagements and thought leadership activities.

What you will bring:

• At least 4 years’ experience in an Audit/Accounting/Professional Services firm performing external audit or assurance, or at least 5 years in a customer-facing role (customer success, account management, implementation, product or project management) in a SaaS company serving the accounting profession.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to understand stakeholder needs and interpret them effectively.
• Strong organizational skills with experience managing multiple deliverables.
• A proactive self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of technology within the audit and accountancy sector, or enthusiasm to learn.
• Nice to have: Chartered Accountant (or equivalent) with 5+ years of external audit experience, familiarity with CaseWare, audit innovation, training, or tech adoption, and experience with CRM tools like Salesforce.
