Job Description
- To serve as a brand operator for CASETiFY to provide an excellent customer experience by engaging everyone they assist using interpersonal skills
- Responsible for managing store product printing process such as image data input, file conversion, adjustment, output
- Operation of printing machines and quality control
- Responsible for engaging and connecting with customers to share top-quality products and speaking authentically about CASETiFY brand
- Answer customer questions about products, availability and product functionality and features
- Clear communication with other staff members, manager, support staff, and peers as needed
- Maintain a consistent record of attendance and punctuality
- Use in-store technology and software as needed to support store operations in order to provide a positive customer experience
- Other duties as assigned
Requirement
- Minimum 1 year experience in retail industry.
- Proficient in verbal communication English.
- Ability to work in shift duty.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer skills.
- Strong customer service orientation, with the ability to actively listen to customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Ability to work well in a team environment, cooperating and collaborating with colleagues.
- Proactive, passionate, demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with all levels.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks while working in a fast-paced and deadline‐oriented environment.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
