CASETiFY is looking for an entrepreneurial, creative and passionate Store Manager. The ideal candidate will hit the ground running, thrive in a fast-paced environment and be detail oriented. They must be a self-starter and a team player with the ability to quickly identify areas of opportunity to create procedures that increase efficiency, scalability, and effectiveness.

Job Description

  • Provide leadership and supervision to the store team, setting performance expectations and fostering a positive work culture.
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth, increase profitability, and achieve store targets.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identify trends, and implement effective sales strategies and promotional activities.
  • Create and maintain a customer-centric environment, ensuring exceptional customer service standards are met.
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Train and develop store staff, provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback.
  • Manage and optimize store inventory, including ordering, receiving, stock replenishment, and conducting regular stock counts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, retail management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in retail management, with at least 5+ years of experience in retail and 3 years in a store management role.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers, staff, and stakeholders.
