Passionate about authentic Italian food? Join our growing team at Caserta Deli. We are looking for a skilled and organised Prep Chef to support our daily production of fresh Italian specialties. This is not a restaurant kitchen – we are a friendly, fast-paced Italian deli & café with a small but efficient preparation area.

Responsibilities:

  • Preparing fresh ingredients daily.
  • Cooking and assembling lasagne, pasta sauces and fillings.
  • Following recipes and maintaining consistency.
  • Managing stock rotation and food safety standards.
  • Keeping the prep area clean and organised.

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience in food preparation (Italian cuisine preferred).
  • Good knife skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently.
  • Reliable, punctual and positive attitude.
  • Passion for quality food.
