Description du poste
Technicien poseur expérimenté en menuiseries extérieures pour renforcer notre équipe de pose.
Vos missions :
- Préparer les chantiers avant intervention (vérification des côtes, matériel, protection des zones d’intervention)
- Poser les menuiseries extérieures (PVC, aluminium, bois) et produits complémentaires : portails, pergolas, garde‑corps, volets, portes intérieures
- Garantir une pose soignée et conforme aux normes en vigueur (DTU)
- Assurer un haut niveau de finition et de propreté sur les chantiers
- Être l’ambassadeur de l’entreprise sur le terrain : relation client, rigueur et professionnalisme
Travail principalement en binôme, avec une autonomie complète possible selon les chantiers.
Profil recherché :
- Expérience confirmée (minimum 3 ans) en pose de menuiseries extérieures
- Maîtrise de la lecture de plans, des techniques d’étanchéité, d’isolation et de réglages
- Rigoureux, organisé, polyvalent et goût du travail bien fait
- Bon relationnel et sens du service client indispensables
- Permis B exigé
Conditions & avantages :
- Contrat: CDI – 39h hebdomadaires
- Rémunération: fixe entre 2 500 € et 3 000 € brut mensuel selon profil + part variable mensuelle
- Véhicule de service fourni
- Repas du midi pris en charge par l’entreprise (budget 20 €/jour)
