The Location: Hybrid – Central London – 2 days in office

The Package: Up to £55k base + £25k OTE uncapped

The Role:

This role is focused on growing and retaining subscription and membership revenues within the European market. As part of a growing sales team, you\’ll play a key role in driving business growth through B2B subscription offerings. It\’s 50% new business and 50% account mgmt.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive new business sales and grow subscription revenue.
  • Plan and execute targeted outreach, including research and prospecting.
  • Collaborate with marketing and editorial teams to build a strong lead pipeline.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with decision-makers across accounts.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing clients.
  • Ensure accurate sales activity tracking in CRM systems.
  • Deliver on personal sales targets and contribute to wider team goals.
  • Support high-quality customer service standards.
  • Opportunity to progress into higher-value account management and face-to-face sales.

The Person:

  • Solid recent experience of selling subscription-based sales models.
  • Proven success in B2B sales, ideally within high-value subscriptions.
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and other sales tools.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.
  • Confident presenting to and engaging with senior stakeholders.
  • Skilled in managing pipelines, territory planning, and reporting.
