Key Responsibilities:
Drafting, filing, and prosecuting patent applications across national (UKIPO), European (EPO), and international patent offices.
Advising clients ranging from early-stage startups to multinational corporations on IP strategy and portfolio management.
Conducting freedom-to-operate (FTO) analyses, patentability searches, and providing clear risk assessment opinions.
Assisting with or leading opposition and appeal proceedings before the EPO.Managing existing client relationships while identifying opportunities for business development and practice growth.

Qualifications:
Qualified Patent Attorney (EPA and/or CPA) or part-qualified finalist.
Educational Background: A strong degree (BSc, MSc, or PhD) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Physics, Mechatronics, or a closely aligned field.
