You will support the publishing and sales team in delivering effective client campaigns from start to finish. Day-to-day this means managing client communication, coordinating video interviews and webinars, liaising with editorial and design, and ensuring all content is delivered on time and to a high standard. It is a varied, project-led role where no two days look the same.

Requirements & Key Skills:

  • Experience in a client services, campaign management, or account coordination role
  • Strong project management skills, comfortable managing multiple priorities at once
  • Customer-focused mindset with excellent attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Understanding of digital media and digital advertising operations
  • Comfortable using MS Office and CRM systems such as Salesforce
  • B2B media, publishing, or events experience is a bonus
