This is a fantastic opportunity to join the Programme Team. An established company based in Fulham focused on three areas in the medical field: Education, News & Media, and Insights. We are looking for an ambitious Programme Executive to support the education and programme team to create and deliver upcoming projects.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Collaborate with the Programme Organising Board to develop and deliver clinical academic sessions
- Collaborate with key opinion leaders and societies to coordinate sessions and partnership opportunities
- Work with the administrative executive in maintaining and updating internal programme management spreadsheets and ensuring the internal database is kept up-to-date with programme information
- Liaising with Faculty to send event invitations and communicate their travel and hotel arrangements
- Assisting the events team with upcoming projects from inception to the day of delivery
- Working with colleagues to ensure the accuracy of the clinical content for the parallel sessions to be included in marketing brochures and on the website
- Scheduling meetings, answering phone calls and supporting visitors
- Maintaining excellent organisation, especially during busy times of the year
- Managing and improving relevant processes
Essential skills and qualifications:
- An interest in building an in-depth understanding of vascular disease management
- High standard of organisational ability
- Able to work to strict deadlines ensuring contractual compliance and requirements are met
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- An ability to meet deadlines and prioritise work
- Excellent IT skills including MS Office
Education and experience requirements:
- University background would be an advantage in dealing with many academic speakers – Bachelor degree or equivalent
- Prior experience in successfully managing large-scale projects/activities, ideally in an education/or clinical context
