We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrator to support our Chief of People and Culture. In this role, you'll provide crucial administrative support for training programs and recruitment processes, ensuring smooth operations across the Human Resource function.
- Training Support
- Book appropriate venues for all training sessions
- Coordinate delegate RSVPs and follow up proactively on non-responses
- Communicate clear logistics to all participants (time, location, preparation required)
- Process and track invoices following training events
- Support the wider team with recruitment administrative needs
- Schedule candidate interviews for managers, coordinating calendars efficiently
- Follow up with candidates regarding next steps or additional requirements
- Draft and send correspondence to unsuccessful candidates
- Provide additional administrative assistance to the wider HR team as needed
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Support other related administrative functions as required
