A high-growth, international media and events business is seeking a visionary Portfolio Director to lead the next phase of growth for a flagship brand at the forefront of industry innovation.
This role requires a bold, product-first leader to drive commercial growth, digitise core offerings, and shape the future of audience engagement through a blend of live and digital experiences.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a forward-thinking commercial and product strategy across a global portfolio
- Own full P&L accountability, leading cross-functional teams across sales, marketing, content, and operations
- Drive innovation in digital platforms and hybrid engagement to foster year-round customer interaction
- Identify and deliver new growth opportunities through launches, partnerships, and strategic alliances
- Act as a visible industry figurehead, representing the brand in key forums and thought leadership platforms
- Inspire, coach, and scale high-performing, geographically dispersed teams
