We’re recruiting for a skilled marketing leader in the B2B events space, ideally someone who is ready to take ownership of strategy and manage a team. This is your opportunity to join a forward-thinking events company known for delivering industry-defining conferences, exhibitions, and summits across a wide range of sectors.

You’ll lead multichannel marketing campaigns for a portfolio of high-profile events, working closely with internal teams to deliver against both commercial and visitor growth targets. This is a strategic role for an ambitious Marketing Manager or experienced Senior Marketing Manager looking to make a bigger impact.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and successfully execute the marketing campaign strategy across all marketing channels to drive revenue and visitor targets across events

  • Set and report marketing targets

  • Be responsible for marketing budgets and forecasted budgets for future events

  • Collaborate with the Digital team on a digital & data growth strategy

  • Oversee the production of all marketing comms across email, social, PPC and the website

  • Report directly to the Head of Marketing

Requirements

  • Over four years of hands-on experience in B2B event marketing, with a strong track record of delivering impactful campaigns and driving brand visibility

  • Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities

  • Comprehensive experience in budget ownership

  • Strategically minded with a tactical edge

  • Skilled in data-driven reporting and analysis, leveraging insights to evaluate campaign performance, inform decision-making, and optimize future event strategies.
