London Hybrid Salary – up to £50,000

Responsibilities:
- Management of audience data & targeting
- Use the Clay AI platform to find and segment high-value B2B audiences
- Follow best practice methods to build quality audience lists
- Work with marketing and sales teams to improve targeting based on results
- Keep data clean and follow data protection rules
- Ownership of event analysis & reporting
- Create weekly reports for all events
- Analyse attendee data to understand market opportunities and gaps in our reach
- Present insights clearly using dashboards and visual reports
Requirements:
- Experience in data analysis, ideally in B2B marketing or events
- Confident using Excel, SQL, and reporting tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
- Familiarity with AI-powered data tools (Clay AI experience is a bonus)
- Understanding of audience targeting, marketing funnels, and event metrics
- Strong communication skills and ability to turn data into clear recommendations
