Our client is a fast-growing leader in the digital infrastructure and technology events space. Their global event portfolio connects industry innovators, senior decision‑makers and emerging talent across data centres, connectivity, AI, cloud and more.
They are now looking for an ambitious graduate or early‑career professional to join the team as a production coordinator – an exciting role for anyone wanting to build a career in events, content, tech or product development. You’ll help shape event content, work closely with industry experts, and support the delivery of high‑quality conferences and digital products.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the development of event programmes, features and content
- Work with event speakers, helping with onboarding, communication and panel coordination.
- Conduct market research to spot trends, new topics and partnership opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with industry contacts to support content and commercial opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, operations and design teams to ensure smooth event delivery.
- Help manage project timelines, deliverables and onsite coordination with partners and suppliers.
- Analyse audience and event feedback, contributing ideas to improve sessions, content and attendee experience.
- Support general event admin, including platform updates, schedules and stakeholder communication.
- Early‑career professional with 1–2 years’ experience in events, marketing or product‑related roles, and a strong interest in technology, telecoms or digital infrastructure (or the enthusiasm to learn quickly).
- Organised, analytical and proactive, with excellent project management skills, attention to detail, the ability to interpret data, and the drive to meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
- Confident communicator and team player – personable, reliable, hard‑working and comfortable engaging with clients, partners and senior stakeholders.
