We’re recruiting for a commercially minded, performance-driven Growth Marketing Manager to join a high‑growth B2B organisation. This is an exceptional opportunity for a digital acquisition specialist who thrives on experimentation, analytics, and measurable results. This role is ideal for someone ready to take ownership of paid acquisition strategy, optimise funnels, and partner closely with Sales and CRM teams to deliver meaningful commercial impact.
Responsibilities
- Lead performance marketing across LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, remarketing, and paid partnerships
- Run ROI‑focused campaigns
- Use dashboards and analytics tools to optimise performance in real time
- Own top and mid‑funnel lead generation from acquisition to pass‑off to Sales
- Build retargeting and nurture journeys to convert and reactivate audiences
- Use marketing automation, AI, and data insights to personalise and refine targeting
- Run A/B and multivariate tests across all digital activities
- Analyse campaign data to identify opportunities, gaps, and efficiency improvements
- Work closely with Sales to refine leads, messaging, and audience targeting
- Report on pipeline contribution, lead quality, and ROI trends
- Partner with CRM, Content, and Design teams to support high‑performing campaigns
Requirements
- 2–3 years’ experience in digital performance or growth marketing, ideally in a B2B commercial environment
- Proven expertise delivering paid acquisition campaigns with budget responsibility
- Strong command of LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, remarketing platforms, and paid partnerships
- Deep understanding of funnels, attribution models, and campaign analytics
- Experience using CRM and marketing automation tools (Salesforce, HubSpot or similar)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and adjust strategy
- Highly commercial mindset with a focus on revenue contribution and measurable outcomes
- Collaborative approach with experience working closely with Sales on pipeline performance
