Due to continued growth, we are seeking an ambitious and commercially driven sales professional from a delegate sales / conference sales background who is ready to take the next step into Exhibition and Sponsorship Sales. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has already developed strong consultative sales skills selling delegate packages, and now wants to transition into selling higher value exhibition space, sponsorship packages, and integrated partnership opportunities.

The role will also involve attending international events, with travel opportunities across Europe and Asia, giving you exposure to a truly global events portfolio and the chance to build long-term relationships with major clients. If you're looking to progress into a more strategic commercial sales role, with bigger deals, bigger clients, and a global platform—this is the role for you.

Key Accountabilities

  • Selling exhibition space, sponsorship packages, and partnership opportunities to new and existing clients
  • Building on your delegate sales experience to develop a consultative approach to higher-value solutions
  • Developing relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers across global markets
  • Managing a sales pipeline, forecasting accurately and consistently hitting revenue targets
  • Attending international exhibitions and conferences across Europe and Asia to support client retention and upselling
  • Working closely with marketing, operations and event delivery teams to maximise commercial performance
  • Identifying growth opportunities and contributing ideas to improve sponsorship products and event revenue streams
