As an Audience Development Executive, you’ll be central to our mission to curate high-quality, senior-level audiences for our flagship event series. Working alongside the Head of Division, you’ll shape and execute our audience acquisition strategy, helping to ensure each event attracts the right people, at the right level, and in the right volume. This is a commercial role requiring confident communication, value-led conversations, and precision targeting. You’ll play a vital part in ensuring our attendees reflect the elite standard our brand is known for.
Key Responsibilities:- Direct Prospecting & Outreach: Identify and engage senior professionals in line with event profiles.
- Pipeline Management & Conversion: Own and drive your sales funnel, maintaining strong conversion metrics.
- Value Proposition Articulation: Clearly communicate the commercial and strategic benefits of attending.
- Targeted Campaign Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with marketing and content teams.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting: Deliver accurate, regular reporting on outreach and conversion.
- Market & Competitor Intelligence: Stay informed of relevant industry movements and trends.
- 1 year+ of experience in delegate sales, B2B sales, or audience acquisition (ideally within events or media).
- Proven ability to hit or exceed acquisition/sales targets.
- Strong research and outreach skills; confident using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Ability to identify senior decision-makers and nurture long-term professional relationships.
- Clear communicator with a commercial mindset and solution-led approach.
