Previous events experience would be advantageous, but the business is equally interested in candidates with the right personality, communication skills and ambition to develop within the sector.

This is not a traditional high-volume sales role.

The focus is on identifying and engaging the right individuals, developing genuine relationships and helping to create a high-quality experience for senior attendees across a growing portfolio of international events.

Candidates from events, media, hospitality, recruitment, business development, customer success, account management or other relationship-led environments could all potentially be relevant.

Equally, the business is open to individuals earlier in their career who demonstrate strong communication skills, emotional intelligence and the potential to develop quickly. Languages Alongside fluent English, candidates will need to speak either Spanish or Portuguese.

Spanish would be particularly attractive, while candidates speaking both languages would be of significant interest. Career development One of the most attractive aspects of the opportunity is the potential for progression.
