This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who combines hands-on sales ability with strong people management experience. You’ll be equally comfortable closing major commercial deals, leading rebook strategy at live events, and coaching a team to exceed targets.

The Role

  • Lead and develop a team of sales professionals with varying experience levels
  • Own the commercial strategy across a portfolio of large-scale international events
  • Manage key client relationships and drive high-value revenue opportunities
  • Lead from the front with a hands-on approach to sales and business development
  • Oversee forecasting, pipeline management, pricing strategy, and performance reporting
  • Deliver strong onsite leadership during live events and trade shows
  • Drive floorplan strategy, rebook campaigns, and commercial growth initiatives
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders across marketing, operations, and leadership teams

About You

  • Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role
  • Strong track record of both personal sales success and team management
  • Experience working within exhibitions, trade shows, expos, or large-scale live events
  • Confident managing complex stakeholders and high-value commercial conversations
  • Skilled in pipeline forecasting, reporting, and CRM management
  • Highly resilient, commercially minded, and target driven
  • Able to motivate, coach, and develop teams while maintaining personal commercial ownership
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-pressure environments

What’s on Offer

  • £60,000 basic salary
  • £90,000 OTE
  • Hybrid working – 3 days in the London office
  • Career progression within a growing international business
  • Opportunity to lead a flagship commercial portfolio with significant revenue responsibility
  • Dynamic, collaborative, and high-performing culture

If you’re a sales leader who enjoys balancing strategic leadership with hands-on commercial delivery — and you have the trade show or exhibition experience to match — we’d love to hear from you.
