The Opportunity
This is a senior Event Director role with genuine ownership. You’ll lead the end‑to‑end development and delivery of major event products, acting as the central driving force behind growth, quality, and strategic impact.
- Own and scale established, high‑revenue event brands
- Shape event strategy, content direction, and long‑term growth plans
- Operate with real autonomy and senior stakeholder exposure
- Play a visible role in the future evolution of the portfolio
The role
- Full responsibility for event performance and delivery
- Secure and manage senior‑level speakers and contributors
- Act as the central connector across marketing, sponsorship, operations, and partnerships
- Drive innovation, quality, and commercial outcomes at scale

- A proven event owner who has led large, complex, revenue‑generating events
- Strong commercial and strategic instincts, not just delivery skills
- Gravitas and credibility with senior stakeholders
- Someone hands‑on, ambitious, and comfortable being accountable for results
