The Company and Role:
We have a great opportunity within a medical technology company, for a highly motivated and fully qualified European Patent Attorney with a background in an Engineering discipline – biomedical, mechanical, electrical, or related.
Key Tasks:

Drafting and prosecution of patent applications.

Perform prior art investigations and patentability assessments.

Provide infringement and validity advice.

Provide support to opposition and litigation proceedings.
The successful candidate will have:

At least 2-3 years post-qualification experience as a European Patent Attorney preferably in Med-Tech, healthcare or a related industry, acquired in an IP law firm or in-house IP department.

Demonstrate strong research and communication skills.
