The Role
- You will take ownership of a well-established and successful event portfolio, leading a team while maintaining personal revenue responsibility.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of 5 (with scope for growth).
- Manage a portfolio of 3–5 events annually across Europe and the US.
- Operate in a player-manager capacity (approximately 60% leadership / 40% personal sales).
- Oversee both established flagship events and new product launches.
- This role requires a leader who can drive performance, set standards, and contribute commercially.

- Large-scale, high-value conferences (up to ~900 attendees).
