Working closely with the founder and board, the COO will professionalise the operating model, strengthen commercial and operational execution, and help build a scalable platform capable of significant long‑term value creation. The Mandate

As the organisational integrator, the Chief Operating Officer will ensure commercial, operational and delivery teams operate in a coordinated and disciplined manner. Key priorities include:

  • Embedding stronger operational cadence, management information and KPI visibility across the business
  • Introducing clear forecasting discipline and predictable commercial execution
  • Aligning sales, marketing and operations around a consistent go‑to‑market rhythm
  • Elevating customer experience through improved delivery quality and operational consistency
  • Building organisational clarity, accountability and high performance across teams
  • Strengthening the systems, reporting and governance required for long‑term scale and investor readiness

The Individual

We are seeking a senior operator who combines commercial instinct with operational discipline and the ability to lead through influence in a founder‑led environment. Typical backgrounds may include COO, GM, Divisional MD, Commercial Director or Operations Director.

Experience leading high‑value B2B products or services with complex commercial relationships.

Proven ability to introduce operational structure, cadence and management reporting.

Strong commercial instincts with clear understanding of revenue drivers and customer value.

Experience aligning commercial and delivery teams around predictable execution.

Credible with founders, boards and investors.

Emotionally intelligent leader capable of driving change while maintaining cultural alignment.
