I am currently looking for a sponsorship sales professional who is looking to further progress their career within one of London’s most notable and influential events companies. This position will suit an impressive sales person who is competent in a solution sales approach who is looking to become a valued and integral part of a large London events company. You will find yourself representing the company and working to achieve targeted revenues through the management of both existing and generation of new accounts. You will be required to utilise your creativity and flair for sales in order to modify your sales approach for different clients.
As a FTSE250 events company, our client is well respected and they lead the market in many of their sectors. In this role, you will join the technology vertical of their brand which is their highest revenue generator and only likely to keep expanding in size and impact. Due to their size, my client offers great commission (uncapped) with industry leading benefits. Continually working to achieve ambitious goals, you will find yourself utilising your sales experience to sell throughout this portfolio of events within the technology vertical. You will build meaningful relationships with your clients whilst also focusing on a cross platform, multi-channel approach. Whilst this is a commercially centric position in a fast-paced environment, you will find that you are offered a great work life balance and staff retention is notably high.
Key to success in this position will be your ability to multitask and also your excellent product knowledge, which you will receive training and resources in order to achieve.
- Proactively sourcing and identifying new business
- Improve long term relationships with existing clients with the aim to maximise sales
- A thorough understanding of your market and how you differ from the competitor
- Face to face and telephone correspondence with new and existing clients
- Overseeing company and portfolio sales development
