We seek a Cluster Manager for Ōtautahi RTLB Cluster 35. The successful candidate will be a New Zealand registered teacher/kaiako with a current practising certificate. The cluster manager and the lead school principal work together to provide strategic leadership of the RTLB team.
The cluster manager is responsible for ensuring Cluster 35 meet the legislative and operational expectations and requirements for the service within the following dimensions:
- Capacity building through systems, processes and policies
- Health and safety
- Day to day financial management
- Data and reporting.
All aimed at supporting students, whānau, school and RTLB staff to accelerate outcomes for learners.
Cluster 35 currently serves 64 schools across Christchurch and the 32 RTLB staff are based on two sites. Te Kura Mareko Casebrook is the employing school.
This permanent position commences at the beginning of 2027 or by negotiation. Applications close 3:00pm, Friday 2 nd October with interviews completed and the successful candidate notified Friday 23 rd October.
