The University of Greenwich is embarking on a landmark capital campaign to establish a new home for its Business School - a transformational project that will shape the future of business education at Greenwich. We are seeking an experienced Senior Fundraising Manager to play a pivotal role in securing the philanthropic support needed to realise this ambitious vision. This is a senior role at the heart of a growing, high-performing fundraising team.
You will lead on developing and managing a strong portfolio of high‑net‑worth individuals, trusts, foundations, and corporate partners, soliciting major gifts in support of the University’s strategic priorities. You will bring creativity, strategic insight, and exemplary relationship‑building skills to drive forward a culture of philanthropy across the institution. Working closely with senior leadership, academic colleagues, and professional services, you will influence campaign strategy, act as a senior ambassador for the University, and guide colleagues in best practice fundraising. Key Responsibilities
- Lead on major gift fundraising activity, securing six and seven‑figure contributions.
- Manage and grow a dynamic portfolio of major donor prospects.

- Provide strategic guidance and mentoring within the fundraising team.
