About the role
The Alumni and Supporter Relations team is responsible for nurturing UCL’s most significant alumni and supporter relationships - in London, the UK and across the globe.
As Alumni and Supporter Relations Manager (Faculties) you will implement and continuously improve our new alumni engagement programme, offering a step-change in the ways of working with faculty colleagues. You will be responsible for increasing faculty and department engagement with their alumni communities; proactively supporting and delivering alumni engagement activities including communications, events, and volunteering opportunities.
We are happy to consider applications to work on a part-time, flexible and job share basis wherever possible (minimum 0.8 FTE – equivalent of 4 days per week, stated salary to be pro-rata).
This role is eligible for hybrid working with a minimum of 20% on site. Please note Tuesdays are our in-office anchor day for all Advancement members.
About you
Are you a relationship manager, with experience influencing multiple projects independently? Are you an inspiring communicator, able to strategically engage diverse audiences? Do you have experience of event management and delivery? Then this role could be for you.
