Contract: Permanent

Location: Pontardawe

Hours per week: 15 hours per week

Working Pattern:

  • Term times
  • Sessions after school and Saturday morning to be confirmed with family
  • Accompany to expert appointments/therapy appointments
  • School holidays – 2 days
