Location: Wenvoe , Cardiff, Vale of Glamorgan Working pattern: 7 hours per week (typically worked on a Friday starting at 10:00am).
Some flexibility will be required to provide occasional cover for the other support worker, as needed.

He lives at home with his long-term partner, along with their two dogs and cat, and enjoys interests such as cars, science, and gaming.
We are seeking a warm, patient, and reliable individual who can take a ‘professional buddy’ approach; building a positive relationship while motivating and encouraging the client to achieve his goals.
The successful candidate will be proactive and flexible, supporting him to engage in meaningful activities, develop independence, and access opportunities that enhance his overall quality of life.
A full induction and training will be provided.
