Support Worker - Cardiff
Contract: Permanent
4 - 6.5-hour shifts. Shift will include lone working. Mon – Sun, but predominantly Mon – Fri. Flexibility on shifts to be discussed in the interview.
Pay: £15 per hour
The successful candidate will be proactive and flexible, supporting him to engage in meaningful activities, develop independence, and access opportunities that enhance his overall quality of life.
A full induction and training will be provided. This role is subject to an Enhanced level DBS check.
To join me as a Support Worker you will need to:
- Be able to drive and have use of a car.
- Have experience of supporting a person with a brain injury.
- Be willing to register with Social Care Wales.
- Work directly for our client and not an agency (unlike most agency work you will spend quality time with your client which can make a real difference).
