I am23years old and have complex health needsdue to a diagnosis of cerebral palsy.
I need 24/72:1 support in all areas of daily life and require lots of supportdailywith personal care, communication and mobility.

You will need to be calm and patient under pressure withthe ability to work your hours flexibly.
Youwill be part of my amazing team which is led by my parents and case manager.
A full induction and training will be provided.
This role is subject to an Enhanced level DBS.
ESSENTIAL INFORMATION
To join me as a Support Worker it is essential you
- Have experience of working with young adults who have personal care needs.
- Have experience of working people with significant communication impairments.
- Be able to drive and have use of a car and be willing to drive my Motability van.
- Have the ability to work your hours flexibly.
- Be willing to register with Social Care Wales.
- Are comfortable working in a household with cats.
