Case IQ is seeking a Customer Success Manager to partner with customers throughout their journey, reporting to the Director of Customer Success. You will build strong, long‑term relationships, drive product adoption, and deliver measurable value to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Serving as the primary bridge between customers and internal teams—Sales, Support, Product, Marketing, and Professional Services—you will identify risks, resolve challenges, and advocate for clients.
