Role Summary
We are looking for an Account Executive to join our Sales team in Europe.
In this remote-first role, you will proactively hunt new business while working from a populated funnel of qualified demos and named accounts.
Through a consultative, value-driven approach, you will uncover customer challenges across workplace investigations, compliance, employee relations, risk management, incident management, and case management programs.
You will position the full Case IQ platform and portfolio of solutions, helping customers understand how our technology can support a wide range of organizational risk, reporting, investigation, and case management needs.
You will partner closely with Solutions Engineers to deliver compelling product demonstrations and technical validation while leading the overall sales process from discovery through close.
This role may require occasional travel for client visits, industry events, and tradeshows.
- What You’ll Do
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through negotiation and close.
- Conduct outbound prospecting to identify, engage, and qualify potential customers while expanding pipeline and generating new business opportunities.
- Lead consultative discovery conversations to understand customer challenges, business objectives, current processes, and success criteria.
- Partner closely with Solutions Engineers to deliver tailored product demonstrations, technical deep dives, proof-of-concepts, and solution presentations that align with customer needs.
- Position and sell the full Case IQ portfolio of solutions, identifying opportunities to address multiple customer use cases and business challenges through a unified platform approach.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of Case IQ's platform, portfolio of solutions, use cases, buyer personas, and competitive landscape.
- Achieve and exceed sales quotas by translating complex customer requirements into business value and measurable outcomes.
- Build relationships with multiple stakeholders, including HR, Compliance, Legal, Employee Relations, Investigations, Risk, Audit, and Security teams.
- Manage opportunities with strong follow-up, accurate Salesforce hygiene, stakeholder mapping, and clear next steps throughout the sales cycle.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Business Development, Solutions Engineering, Sales Operations, Implementation, Customer Success, and leadership to drive successful customer outcomes.
- Maintain and promote high standards of security, confidentiality, and professionalism while handling company systems, customer information, and internal processes.

- 30 Days
- Learn Case IQ's platform, portfolio of solutions, core use cases, buyer personas, sales process, territory priorities, competitive positioning, and key market terminology.
- Begin participating in discovery calls, demonstrations, and customer meetings alongside Sales and Solutions Engineering teammates.
- 60 Days
- Conduct discovery conversations independently and collaborate effectively with Solutions Engineers to advance opportunities.
- Build qualified pipeline through outbound activity and demonstrate growing market and product fluency.
- 90 Days
- Independently manage opportunities through the sales cycle, effectively position Case IQ solutions against customer pain points, and maintain strong opportunity progression and forecast hygiene.
- Demonstrate the ability to deliver compelling product overviews and partner seamlessly with Solutions Engineers during technical evaluations.
- 6 Months
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline, demonstrate strong product and market knowledge, and show consistent progress toward quota attainment and territory goals.
- 1 Year
- Be fully ramped as a trusted Account Executive who consistently delivers new business growth, accurately forecasts results, and contributes to the ongoing success of Case IQ's sales organization.
Who You Are
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with B2B software sales experience preferred.
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
- Experience selling into HR, compliance, legal, employee relations, investigations, risk, audit, security, or related functions is an asset.
- Strong discovery, consultative selling, and business-value communication skills.
- Ability to present complex software solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences, including executives and operational leaders.
- Comfortable partnering with Solutions Engineers and cross-functional teams to develop winning strategies and drive customer success throughout the buying journey.
- Experience selling enterprise software platforms that solve multiple business problems across departments and stakeholder groups is strongly preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong organization, follow-through, and attention to detail.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
- Experience with Salesforce and modern sales methodologies is an asset.
