Purpose of the Job:

  • The purpose of the job is to maintain the safety of the site.
  • Security personnel has a vital role in ensuring that the site environment is a safe and welcoming one and accessible to residents and staff members.
  • Job includes general security role tasks, including foot patrols, access control, deterring anti-social behaviour, and criminal activity.

Duties:

  • Provide a friendly but firm, reassuring and professional security presence.
  • Assist with requests for security, safety, and related services from staff and visitors.
  • Assist in day-to-day security activities.
  • Work with staff and visitors in a professional and cooperative manner for a prompt response to calls for security.
  • Ensure that all aspects of security activities within the premises are adhered to.
  • Complete reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities.
  • Liaise with the police and management where required.

  • A valid Front-Line SIA Licence
  • Clear and effective written and verbal communication

Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Permanent

Pay: £11.44-£11.75 per hour

Expected hours: 37 – 48 per week
