Office Relocation
- Support the exit of the current office, including terminating supplier contracts, ensuring compliance with landlord requirements, redirecting mail, and coordinating the storage or disposal of office furniture and assets.
- Set up and manage accounts with a flexible office provider for the interim working from home period.
- Assist with the transition into the new office, including ordering furniture and IT equipment, establishing supplier accounts, setting up Health and Safety requirements and managing all associated administrative tasks.
Human Resources - Administration
- Support recruitment activities, including drafting job descriptions, preparing job adverts, reviewing applications, and assisting with interviews.
- Coordinate the onboarding and induction process for new starters.
- Maintain and update HR files, records and the HR database.
- Liaise with the external HR consultancy for guidance and support when needed.
- Assist with employee relations administration, including documentation for absence management, disciplinaries, leavers and sickness.
Human Resources - Redundancies
- Co-ordinate the redundancy process for 3 Service and Installation Technicians, working closely with our external HR consultancy to ensure full compliance, clear communication, and a fair, transparent approach for all affected employees.
Provide admin support to the Managing Director, including coordinating travel arrangements and preparing documentation.
Carry out general ad hoc administrative duties as required.
