Your mission
- Support and maximize product usage in the Hospital
- Build and maintain a trusting customer relationship
- Provide technical support to doctors and nursing staff
- Supply installation-relevant information for IT, sterilization, anesthesia, etc.
- Assist the Sales Manager in planning and developing customers
- Support of general sales-related activities
- Systematic and structured collection and communication of customer needs

Your profile
- Education: Medical Imaging Technologist / Radiography
- Several years of professional experience in interventional radiology/oncology
- Experience in application support and/or sales
- Excellent knowledge of medical imaging
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Structured and practical working method with pronounced methodical skills

As a link between CASCINATION and our Customers, you will be responsible for training medical professionals in the workflows and supporting them in the clinical application of the CAS-One IR system. In doing so, you will work closely and trustfully with the sales team. You will pass on your experiences in a structured manner to the sales and product management as well as the development team.
